Services

We offer support for all individuals and focus on inclusivity, cultural humility, and respect. We recognize the deep impact of trauma and offer a space where healing, empowerment, and self-discovery can unfold. Words Unspoken creates a space to reconnect with your voice—honoring the parts of your story that have been silenced, overlooked, or buried.

EMDR

We offer EMDR therapy which is a type of therapy that helps people heal from difficult or upsetting experiences by helping the brain and body process memories in a healthier way—it uses eye movements or tapping while thinking about a memory so it becomes less distressing over time.

For more information about EMDR, go to EMDRIA.org or watch this video.

Teen Therapy

We provide a safe space for teens to talk about what they're going through, learn healthy ways to cope, and better understand themselves. With so many changes happening—emotionally, socially, and physically—therapy can help them manage stress, build confidence, improve relationships, and feel more supported during a time that can often feel overwhelming or confusing. Individual Therapy

Therapy can help people better understand themselves, manage difficult emotions, and develop healthier ways to cope with life’s challenges. We provide a safe, supportive space to work through issues like stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems—leading to greater clarity, healing, and emotional well-being.

Clinical Supervision for Associate Social Workers (ASWs)

Supervision is more than a checkbox on the path to licensure—it’s a space for deep learning, critical reflection, and professional transformation. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a broad and diverse clinical background, I offer supportive, thoughtful, and culturally responsive supervision to Associate Social Workers (ASWs) working toward licensure.
